How do I succesfully open a jar file in Mobile Terminal?

I recently jail-broke my iphone-4, and installed both Java and Mobile Terminal on it. Right after, I tried to open a jar file, but to no avail. Can you please provide me with the proper commands I need to enter into MT in order to access and open a jar file saved inside FileApp?

I did same try in my iphone 4 but jar file can not open in my mobile.
