MyWi and My3g

So I bought both of them on my iPad. Is there a way I can use safari with either of those even though I do not have any other iDevices? Also on the MyWi Hotspot, my wifi recognized it and connected but only stayed connected for a few seconds, not even long enough to connect to safari or anything. Can anyone tell me what's going on and if I can use any of those to get on Internet without connect wifi to another device?

    mywi and my3g are software that enhance the ability of the wireless network my 3g optimizes the 3g network and mywi makes a personal hotspot without paying but if you dont have any other devices it makes mywi obsolete but if you have a 3g ipad my3g is not.
