jailbreak ipad 2 cydia not working

Used Absinthe 2.0.4 to break, i click on cydia and it opens for half a second and closes,

I can post a youtube video if this will help this problem get solved...
I have tried a reset and the icon is still on the ipad, I go to re-jailbreak it and it says it is already jail broken.

For rejailbreaking you'll have to restore your iPad to stock firmware using iTunes, and then do the whole thing again.
