iPhone 3gs 5.1.1 unlock help....

Hey,
I have a iPhone 3gs running 5.1.1 with baseband 6.15.00, I hacktivated my phone with redsn0w and installed unltrasn0w but i didn't get any service. I read on a forum that if i change my APN i would get service so i used unlockit.co.nz and changed my APN but still no service. I have been searching days on the net but i can't find anything usefull. I'm extremely FRUUUUUUUUSTRATED. plzzzzzz help me.
