Any way to jailbreak my iPod Touch 4.3.5 MC547LL (4th Gen)

I have been trying to jailbreak my iPod but have had no luck with it. I only received it recently, and missed the bus upgrading it to 5.jailbreakable, but would rather not have a tethered boot.
Can anyone tell me which way is my most direct route? I have some familiarity with how the process works, but between upgrading, downgrading, saving blobs, booting like this, running this app etc etc it just got so confusing I've pretty much given up on it.
