Go back from IOS 6 to 5.1 on 4S?

I have the iphone 4s and I already have installed upgraded to IOS 6 and now I see that I lost my Jailbreak capeabilities. Can I downgrade to the 5.1..1 with no problem and get my Jailbreak back and all my apps?
