Updating to 5.1.1??

I bought an Ipad the day IOS 6 came out and as such was unable to upgrade to Jailbreakable 5.1.1... I am currently on 5.1 not 5.1.1.. Is there any way to force the IPAD to 5.1.1 and not 6

It really depends on which iPad you have. Apple has stopped signing iOS 5.1.1 for iPad 2 and iPad 3 so you won't be able to upgrade to iOS 5.1.1.
