resotre iphone 3gs without updating error 3194 (HELP)

i have an iphone 3gs on ios 5.1.1 and i am trying to restore it without updating it with the latest version of itunes, i have downloaded the IPSW, so i press SHIFT and right click then it will start verifying with apple then i get error 3194. can anyone help me please my iphone is jailbroken i just want to restore it back to 5.1.1 because there isnt a jailbreake out there for ios 6 yet and btw im running windows 7

check time/date on computer, check IPSW file so that one is the right one, if you had a jailbreak software check itunes hostfile (Personally i never ever had that as a problem)
