[HELP] iPhone 3GS turns off suddenly.

Hello.
I have an iPhone 3GS and what happens is that if it is turned on and i don't shake it or do quick moves or put it on the table very slowly, i the iPhone works FINE. But if I do quick moves, shake it or put it on the table very quickly, it goes off.
I have already changed the battery because I thought that was the problem, and I also have updated to iOS 6 and nothing solves my problem.
Can anyone suggests any solutions?

If it's Jailbroken you have to go to Settings and find gestures.
