Recover files from iphone 4S

Hi guys, i have a iphone 4S That starts and itunes finds it.
But the problem is that the screen is blacked out and i cant enter passcode,
ive checked the screen by using another motherboard and it works fine.
Now to the important, i need to recover the pictures etc and
ive searched google and found Dr.fone, bui it does
of course not support the 4S, only itunes backups, wich in my case
does not exist. Any ideas or software that is similar to dr fone?
