keyboard shortcuts

I don't know how many other people use them, but i use keyboard shortcuts all the time and sometimes they work and sometimes they don't. Any clue if they will ever fix that bug? I know if I either make a new one or erase and make it again then they are fixed. Or if I restart my phone they work again, so I am guessing it is a bug. Thanks for any comments you can give me.
