iPhone 4 6.1 Slide to Power off not there

Every time I select a new theme for my iPhone and use winterboard the slide to power off option is not there and it takes me into safe mode. After removing the theme I try to turn off phone but the slide to power off option is still not there and it takes me into safe mode. The only way to get the slide to power off option back is to restore my iPhone. I have tried different themes and still the same results, any help would be greatly appreciated as I want to add a theme for my iPhone.

It is important that you check the compatibility of the themes before installing it. Not all themes are compatible with iOS 6.1 yet.
