Ipad 3 Taskbar problem after JB

For some reason after my JB of Ipad 3 (6.1 os) every time I try to use either the double tap of home button or multitouch gestures to bring up the bottom taskbar, the ipad crashes and goes into safe mode
It works ok in safe mode, but theres obviously a JB program/hack/tweak etc that is causing the problem, but as I restored from a previous PKGBackup its going to take literally ages to go through each thing 1 by 1 to try and find out what the problem is
Anyone else got or had this problem and know what is causing it?

Found out what it was, it was the tweak "Always Close" which obviously hasnt been updated yet to work with ios 6.1
