AFTER JAILBREAK GREEN LINES AND CRASH

After the jailbreak my iphone 5 get these weird green lines and shuts off and reboots. i tried to remove packages from cydia but they still ON?? like aquaboard i deleted it but the effect still there and it shows under the phone settings but not on cydia...the reboot keeps happening, any help?

It could be due to an incompatible jailbreak tweak, remove them one by one till the issue is fixed.
It is not due to the jailbreak as it is first time we have come across this issue.
