Text Shortcuts Not Working After JB

I noticed tonight none of my Text Shortcuts are working now that I have JB my iPhone 5 on 6.1. All the settings under Keyboard are On.

Anyone else have this issue?

The text shortcuts just fine for me on my jailbroken iPhone 5 on iOS 6.1.
