iCloud won't backup after restore with pkgbackup

I'm jailbreaked with evasi0n 1.2 and can do a icloud backup fine before the jailbreak and after, it's just after i do a restore with pkgbackup to get back all my tweaks icloud backup seems to be broken and says it cannot be completed?
