Missing apps

I just jailbroke my iPod touch 4g with evasi0n. A Cydia app was not wrking and after I reinstalled it and respringed, some of my apps are missing!
I use spotlight search and the app doesn't show up but when I go to the App Store to install it again it says "OPEN" not "INSTALL". When I press open nothing happens.
WHAT DO I DO????

A few games, google chrome and a few utility apps that I don't remember the names of

I am assuming these are not pirated?
Did you do a hard reset your iPhone? Press and hold the Home and Sleep/Wake button simultaneously till you see the Apple logo.
