I have an unlocked iphone 4s. Jailbreaking procedure requires full restore. So, if i will full restore my iphone, will it affect the unlocked status of my phone?

I think it s sam unlock. I have samprefs icon.. And mr sim

No, you should not do a full restore as it will upgrade your device to iOS 6.1 and as far as I am aware SAM unlock does not work with iOS 6.1.

Alternatively, you could use one of those IMEI based unlocking solutions, which are quite cheap. -
