Problem with Cydia

All of a sudden when I start Cydia on my iPhone 5 FW 6.1 it got minimized and goes to left upper corner of the screen. It is not totally dead but it dose not respond.
The only new thing I did is I install Deck tweak , I want to uninstall it but Cydia dose not open and can't do itI turn it off from setting but that dose not make any deference .
Is there any problem with Cydia ??? or is it me alone ???

It is most definitely due to the incompatible tweak.
Follow these simple steps:
1. Turn off your iPhone
2. Now with the Volume Up button pressed, press the Sleep/Wake button to turn it on.
3. This will disable most of the jailbreak tweaks.
4. Launch Cydia (it won't open in minimized mode this time) and uninstall the problematic tweak
5. Reboot your iPhone
That's it. The problem should be resolved for good. -

Since yesterday, I was using cydia normally and then I install the program "vWallpaper 2" and then when i just deleted cause it doesn't worked my iphone it still in "save mode" help me please!

Did you tap on the status bar where it says "Exit Safe mode" to restart your iPhone? Or did you try rebooting your iPhone?

Yes, i did :/ and it doesn't do anything. Now i just did the first 2 step of your last guy problem and its gone the "exit safe mode" thing. But the tweaks are not working.

You need to reboot your device again for the tweaks to work.

You mean a respring? How can i do a reboot?

Nop, it doesn't work :( I don't know why but when i reboot the iphone, the apple logo comes up and then turns off and the screen go black and then it turns on again but in "exit safe mode"

It looks like more than one jailbreak tweak is causing a problem. Try removing the ones you have recently installed.
Also check your packages to make sure they're all from legitimate sources such as BigBoss, Cydia/Telesphoreo, ModMyi, and ZodTTD/MacCiti; pirated packages frequently cause problems. -
Ok. I remove al packages and all the sources expect the ones that comes with cydia(then one that you mention) and still doing nothing.

Guess, the only option you have is to restore.
