SSH IPHONE IN DFU MODE

Hi,
I am going to try ssh my iphone 4s (ios 5.0.1) on dfu mode. i try all things
ssh_rd_revo4.jar don't support my iphone and this post (http://modmyi.com/forums/general/758778-emergency-ssh-access-using-pwnd-dfu-mode-ramdisk.html) again don"t support this ios. i never backup me device and i need my date and nothing work on my phone.don't go to safemode and i cant do things Except ssh in dfu mode.eveyone can help me?

How did it go to DFU mode? You can always hardware reset your iPhone to come out of DFU mode by pressing the Sleep/Wake and Home button simultaneously till you see the Apple logo.
