display the temperature of a city using the locally preferred system? What I meant is that is there an app that when it displays the weather in Los Angeles, it uses Fahrenheit and when it displays London, it uses Celsius? All apps let you pick one of the other system for all cities, by I have not see one that automatically uses the local system.

I'm not aware, but maybe look for one that displays both F and C at the same time? Maybe somebody has a web app that'll do it. Don't limit yourself to the App Store when searching.
