"Stuck" Notification

Hello all. I have a notificiation stuck on my settings app. It was there because I needed to update to 6.1.2 so I did that today then re-jailbroke the phone but it's still showing the notification.
I ran iwipecache which didn't help and neither did a hard re-set by holding the home and power button.
Any help in getting this rascal off my settings icon would be appreciated!

Try using Clear badges or you can use Springtomize 2.
