Blank app called springboard

I have a blank app called springboard after I jailbroke my 4s 6.1.2 I cant get rid of it and it dose not seem to do anything when you push it. Now I can't restore or reset my phone. Any Ideas?

    I get a lot of these "Apps" after I install something from cydia. I can always clear them by performing a respring or turning my phone off and back on again. I may be wrong, but it is basically making an app icon out of a background process, at least that's what I have come to believe based on the name of the "apps" that come up for me.

    tl;dr Restart your phone.
