Having bluetooth issues with my jailbroken iPhone 4S...

It doesn't appear that any bluetooth device will connect now to my iPhone 4S. My Jawbone Era won't pair, and the Fitbit app, which requires a bluetooth connection, won't log me in. This has been since Thursday. I've taken to the SSH route to see if I can get it fixed, and it seems any of the files it recommends I "delete" to have my iPhone rebuild aren't there. So I'm thinking that could be the problem. (Counter intuitive as that sounds.)
I've tried rebooting my phone and a soft reset. I don't want to restore the phone, as I would lose my jailbreak. I reset the settings of the phone, and while that has improved some aspects of my phone, still no bluetooth connections.
There doesn't seem to be any plist files dealing with bluetooth.

Have you tried unpairing the device and re-pairing it (Settings app -> Bluetooth -> device -> Forget this device)?

I don't even get to get that far. It just spins then says can't connect, make sure device is in pairing mode, in range, and turned on. I even reset the Jawbone Era via its software to make sure it isn't still paired.
