Siri needs help

Hi
I own an iPhone 5 on 6.1.2
Jail broken. I'm having trouble with the Mic when ever I use Siri she can't hear me or when I make a call and put it on speaker the Mic wont work.
But for video recordings and apps like the Tpain app the Mic works just fine
Is there a fix for this or should I return my phone and loose my jail brake!:(
