Iphone 5 run iphone 4 screen?

Hi , some apps just looks dumb and stupid as it seems they just stretched the screen out and looks ridicilous bad on iphone 5, is it possible to run these apps with black edges like the same inches as you wouldve viewed it on an iphone 4?

Nevermind i got an older version and installed that app instead on my phone and it dont support full screen.
