Jailbroken iPod stuck deleting all content

Ive been trying to unjailbreak my iPod 4g for a long time, but my lock button is broken so I couldnt restore it. So when I came across the delete all content I thought I finally had my solution. Boy was I wrong. I clicked the delete all content and a white circle thingy has been spinning nonstop for about 5hours mocking me. I figured it just takes awhile to delete all the content, but I finally googled it and learned that I wasnt suppose to do that on a jailbroken device. Again. my lock button is broken, any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

    OK I have an iPod 4G and there are two button....home at the front bottom of iPod and power on the top right of iPod when facing you....so which of those buttons is not functional? Please get back to me and maybe we can find a solution...thanks!
