How to fix NO SERVICE issue on a Iphone 3gs?

My Iphone 3gs (old bootrom) is already jailbroken this was done in March 2013 using the most recent version of redsn0w 09.15b3. It is running on IOS 6.1.3 and firmware 5.13.04. After going thru all the process of redsn0w I used ultrasn0w and mobile substrate for the NO Service problem. Everything was working fine until yesterday when all of a sudden it lost the signal and once again it has the message NO SERVICE ... everything else is working fine, wi-fi, apps etc. How can I fix this?
