I need help when i try to sync my iphone 3gs i click on itunes and it says new itunes libary. What do i need to do?

Question? Are you using the same computer that you always use? If so did you try to jailbreak it or something prior to connecting it to itunes? your computer may not recognize the device if its been restored before which is possibly making the computer think its a new device rather than the same one. Have you tried a different usb port and gotten the same result? Not 100% sure this will help but try to hold down the home button on the device for about 8 seconds and on the 9the second hold the power button also with the home button while counting for 10 more seconds....the device should recycle and see if you can connect it and pick up your library. You can try this or then again your itunes library might have been erased from your system somehow. You may want to check yo make sure your library still exist before trying anything else.
