No IMEI and no iTunes

Hi
My 4s have lost IMEI and as a result no sim is recognized. The phone is not recognized any more by any computer and no full restore is successfull.
Updating if dowbload firmware durectly to iphone is stucked on validating.
So besides phone function all the rest working fine. I know my imei- can I rewrite it back with any application?

Try putting your device in recovery mode and restoring your device:
