Lost an iphone 5, anyway I can get my all the photos from my phone?

I recently lost an iphone 5 and was wondering if there's anyway I can recover the photos I have in the phone? I disabled the photo sharing setting with the icloud, so I don't have duplicates of the photos. I can only see my contacts and email through icloud, but the photo album is empty. My phone is not jailbroken. I can still get into icloud and itunes, so is there any way I can get those photos? I've been searching google and couldn't find an answer.

Yes, you need another iOS device. While setting it up, you need to restore from the latest iCloud backup and be able to restore the photos.

Thanks iPhoneHacks, but I have a bunch of new photos from a recent vacation that I have not saved in my computer yet. Is there another way?

There is no way to access the photos in iCloud without restoring it to your device.
As a workaround, you could create a free Dropbox account (get 2GB free) and download the Dropbox app on your device and upload all the latest photos to Dropbox. So you can access them in the future.
You could then restore your device to get your older photos. -
