I can't log out of my iTunes account.

I've got an IPhone 4 and was using my friend's dads Itunes account for some time. We had a falling out and he changed the password, and won't tell me what it is. When I go to log out of my ITunes account, the account name is greyed out. When I click on it nothing happens. How can I log out of my ITunes account? Thank you in advance.

Launch the Settings app, navigate to iTunes and App Stores, tap on the Apple ID and then Sign out.
