iPhone 4S IOS 6.1.3

Hi,

I'm new here and just signed up a minute ago...

I made the fatal mistake of trying to restore my iPhone 4S today, because my Cydia app was giving me errors and I didn't know what else to do.

I had no idea that there was NO JAILBREAK for IOS 6.1.3!!!

Guess I should have researched the subject first. Sigh...

Anyway... here is my question. Today is Wednesday, July 25th 2013. Has anyone come up with a jailbreak yet for iPhone 4S with IOS 6.1.3, that will put Cydia back on my phone so I can download all my Cydia apps again????

PLEASE tell me there is.

There is currently no iOS 6.1.3 jailbreak for iPhone 4S currently. We're also unlikely to see a jailbreak anytime soon as evad3rs has said they don't plan to release one for a minor update:

Well then... can someone...anyone.... PLEASE tell me if there is a way I can restore my iPhone 4S back to iOS 6.1.2?

Because... if my iPhone 4S is on iOS 6.1.2... it CAN be jailbroken then... right?

iPhone 4S running iOS 6.1.2 can be jailbroken using evasi0n, but there is no way to downgrade or restore iPhone 4S to iOS 6.1.2.
