HELP!!

I have an jail broken i phone 3gs with a simple mobile data and phone plan. The current version of my phone is 4.2.1 and modem firmware is 06.15.00. I can't download any new apps and my older apps aren't working well anymore. Can someone please help me or instruct me what I should do. If I jail break it again do I need to pay for another monthly plan also?

    Most apps probably need a higher version of iOS so you're not able to download new apps. Your best option is to upgrade to iOS 6.1.3.

    If you depend on software solution to unlock your device then please note unlocking will lock your device.

    Upgrading does not have any impact on your monthly plan.
