[iPad 2] Cydia Problem : Host Unreachable

Hello
I have some problems with cydia; 90% of the packages/apps don't install , sometimes the black "Running.." screen appears and nothing happens for a minute or so and then the following message appears "Host Unreachable , Cache Failure" and at some other apps it downloads some packages and then the error message appears , what's the problem i tried restarting the ipad.
I have an Ipad 2 16GB WiFi , iOS 6.1
