Step-by-step instructions to install iOS 7 beta on iPhone 4S as Non-Dev?

So I want to install the iOS 7 beta on my iPhone 4S but I'm very worried about how to do it as a non-developer and want to make sure I download and install the correct version. Can someone tell me clearly and in layman's terms:
A) what my risks are?
B) exactly which file to download and install?
C) how to install?
It seems to do this correctly I gather you install the Beta 5 and then update to Beta 6 Over-The-Air?
