SQLite tables missing from sms.db file

I've been scratching my head over this one for a minute. My girlfriend and I both have identical 32gb iPhone 4 both running on IOS 6.1.3 and both running a semi tethered redsn0w jailbreak. Now on my phone, when I view the sms.db file, I think there are like 17 tables including one labeled messageshd which is where you can see every message ever sent or received, even after they've been deleted. Now if I access the sms.db file from my gf's phone, it only has 9 tables and the messageshd table is not there. It doesn't matter how I access it, whether its from the phone with ifile or on the computer thru winscp, I still get the same result. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
