Help with stuck SMS message! Please please anyone please

So here goes I was jailbroken and restored to normal iOS being a numpty I didn't check everything and restored to normal. I believe iblacklist blocked a message that I didn't delete so now in my SMS backup I always have one unread message but can't access the message. So if I browse the iPhone with ixplorer or disk aid I can see the message that's "stuck" but obviously this doesn't appear on the iPhone it says unread message in I backupbot so guys & girls please help is there anyway of deleting the message on a stock iPhone how to or with editing a backup? Please help
