Help: Can't restore disabled iphone 5 on IOS 7

Hi,

Please help to restore disabled iphone 5 on IOS 7.
It got disabled after updating to IOS 7 because it was asking for pass that didnt exist before. After many attempts it locked itself.
I have tried getting phone into DFU mode and restoring but it gives 9134 error. I have also tried wiping apple data in the hosts file but that didnt help.
Any suggestions?
