"There is a problem with your iPhone"

First time my iphone running on iOS 6.1.3, suddenly it show up the message "CONNECT TO ITUNES", and then i tried to connect to my iTunes it show up "There is a problem with your iphone". after that i upgraded it to ios 7.0. it was still the same. Does anyone here face this problem before??
