Help upgrading and jailbreaking iphone on IOS 5.11

I need to know what OS to upgrade to so i can have an untethered jailbreak?

I am running IOS 5.11 (9b206)

Modem Firmware 2.0.12

Stay on 5.1.1 and jailbreak with absinthe from http://greenpois0n.com
While your at it dump your 5.1.1 blobs off of the phone using iFaith so that you will have the option to re-restore in the future if you device is an older one (A4 or below)
