Cannot Find the Redsn0w File

Hi guys,
It may sound very noob, but the only problem I encountered on Jailbreaking my iphone is I cannot seem to find the application of redsnow in the file I've downloaded from the iphonehacks to start jailbreaking. Go to this site for the image http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/820/kf06.jpg/
My windows did not recognize the file so I cant execute the file of redsn0w.
please help me on this, what should I do to open the file of reds0w and start jailbreaking. It really may sound very noob but I really dont know what to do.
