I ACCIDENTALLY deactivated my phone when performing SAM method

hello DEV team. i managed to Jailbreak my 4s. and i wa strying the SAM tecnique when i accidentally clicked on "Deactivate phone" under SAM utilities and was unable to continue to unlock my 4s. the phone locked and eversince i cannot continue to homescreen even without a sim inserted as before . when i connect to itunes and try to restore the back up the message is that the iphone needs reactivation. please help on how i can restore my phone to the previous stae i.e reactivate it since once iswitch it on it says 'ACTIVATION REQUIRED' even without sim and i cannot continue to CYDIA. am desperate please help. my iphone is new.
