iPhone App "MMS Photo Messaging" brings MMS feature to the iPhone; But Only for UK users
Just like the tethering feature which we had reported about yesterday, another missing feature from the iPhone is the ability to send MMS. If you are in UK then you are in luck as an iPhone app has just been released on Apple's UK App Store called "MMS Photo Messaging"...

This is a cool little app. Will only be using it to receive MMS as it's far too pricey to send them.

I live in the UK and I tried using this program yesterday.
The thing is, you won't be able to use the program before somebody else send a MMS message to your iPhone first (which is really annoying as I have to ask some people to do this to me, maybe tomorrow I'll find one) and therefore you can't use the program straight away, you'll be prompted to enter your mobile phone number and a pin code, there is no way to skip that or to go to the settings or whatever .. you MUST get at least one MMS message first and use the pin code that is supposed to come to you through a text message from O2 network, otherwise the program is useless.
I believe (and I am very sure) that we will see a lot of MMS applications coming to the iTunes store soon which will support other countries like USA's AT&T. For me it is far better to use them through a supported carrier rather than using the jailbroken apps which requires modification to MMS settings and most people are not having the knowledge of doing it.

Hey ZedSefi,
Thanks for providing the details on the iPhone app.
You are right we are quite likely to see country based versions of such apps.

Well, I've enabled MMS on my iphone (via another app available via jailbreak).. i'm in the US... the problem here, is AT&T blocks via flags on the account MMS's to iphone based accounts, so you have to jump through hoops (or get things just right) on your account for it to even work..
