Upgrade from ios 5 to 6 instead of 7?

I have a jailbroken iPhone 4 currently running iOS 5.1.1. I have noticed lately that many of the apps are now requiring ios 6, so I've decided it's finally time to update lol. I'm nervous to go to ios 7 as I've heard that its sluggish on the iPhone 4, plus I don't believe there is currently an untethered jailbreak for the latest version of ios. So my question is, is there a way for me to upgrade to a version of ios 6 instead? Could I download it off the Internet somewhere and install it? I keep reading that I would need shsh blobs, which I have, but mine are still for ios 5... Any advice would be great! Until I know for sure I'm sticking with 5.1.1 lol! Thanks!
