I just received an iPad Air (64GB/ Cellular - FW 7.0.3) as a gift. I noticed that the FACE TIME App is missing ????
Can any one advice me please in how can I install it back ???

FaceTime is integrated into iOS.
If you do not see facetime as an option when you open contacts or it is not in settings-you do not have it and cannot get it.
Some middle eastern countries have blocked its use and will not allow devices with it to be sold in them.
There is no getting around it. -
You go there itunes sits and download app, then check your setting..

I don't think the phones have a facetime app do they? I think you just go to your contacts and choose the facetime option. iPads and iPods have the app because they have no phone app.
