Downgrading iOS 7 to iOS 6.1.3/6.1.2 on iPhone 4

I need to downgrade my iPhone 4 from iOS 7 to iOS 6.1.3/6.1.2
Since I don't have SHSH blob for iOS 6.1.3/6.1.2, if you can get me that it'll be great. You can do that by following this link.

you can .. blobs are not required to be real one even fake works . i was able to downgrade to 6.1.3 from 7.0.4 ..

i was able to get on 6.1.3 but it was very unstable .. so switched back

I'm having the exact same problem with my iPhone4 too. Some ppeople are saying that there'sa software called redsn0w which works. So look into that direction.
