Jailbroken iPhone 4 running iOS 6.1 not recognized by computer

I have an iPhone 4 that's been jailbroken for about a year, and until recently (within the past month or so) I haven't been able to connect it to iTunes or have it recognized by my computer, even though it charges. I have no illegal apps, ****, or app crackers such as LocalIAPStore on my phone. I do have a decent amount of ROMs and iFile but have never really had an issue until recently. I'm running Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit, I have Norton 360 for virus protection, and I have iFunbox. I've also put my DFU mode and it still isn't recognized. HELP!

This may sound overly simple but have you tried a different cable? When you plug in the phone do you get the distinctive sound from the computer?
