iphone 4 cant access

hi my daughter bought an iphone 4 off gumtree yesterday with money she got for her 14th birthday! the girl she bought it off said she had wiped all her data off it and so we downloaded itunes and now it says she has to enter her apple id which is ?????? ive tried contacting and messaging the lady to get her to take the phone off her account but to no avail. Is there anything i can do??? I feel sorry for my daughter (what a shitty thing to happen) please if anyone can help i would appreciate it

Your daughter needs to set up her own Apple ID, easy to do though your Credit Card may be needed unless she has her own bank card (in UK this can happen at 14). I'd do a Factory Reset on the phone as well just to be sure.

I think your daughter entered wrong apple id, uninstall app and downlaod again. I sure solve these problem.
