downgrading ipone 4 to 6.1.3

Trying to downgrade my iphone to 6.1.3. Unfortunately, I've upgraded to 7. However, my wife's phone is on 6.1.3. Can I go through the process of saving an shsh blob from her phone and then use it for mine?

Hey, i have same problem. i bought phone which already was on ios7, can you send me some shsh blob file that i can downgrade my phone... in that case, i 'll bre the happiest man in the world :)
